The Senior Manager for Special Operations and Transformation is responsible for driving understanding of, and solutions for, our most exciting opportunities and pressing problems. This includes growth projects, such as launching new verticals, or operational improvements, such as reducing our carbon footprint or food waste. The team works across all aspects of operations from menu planning, to inbound logistics, production, and on to the final customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Accuracy in Estimation: Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in estimating project timelines, resource requirements, and potential challenges.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times
