Come be HR at an HR company, where you’ll be a valued partner every day. We're looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Tech Talent Sourcer (d/f/m) to join our product & engineering talent team. In this role, you will support Personio’s growth period by identifying and engaging with great talents with a strong focus on our product, design, and engineering roles. By actively sourcing the best passive candidates in the global market, you ensure high-quality talent pipelines.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • You search, engage and nurture the best passive technical talent for our open roles as the first point of contact

  • You champion modern sourcing techniques, approaches, and channels to enable your own and the team's sourcing expertise

  • You drive and foster close collaborations with our talent acquisition and hiring teams to understand role profile priorities 

  • You utilize our CRM to build and develop talent pipelines and pools across the organization, as a basis to engage, nurture and reactivate them once they are needed 

  • You gather and share global talent market insights for roles within assigned departments

  • You act as a subject-matter expert by providing support to sourcing or cross-functional relevant projects, initiatives, or programs

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a tech talent sourcing role with heavy sourcing expectations, ideally at a product focused company.

  • You are a confident and influential communicator, able to attract and win over passive candidates and excite them about Personio.

  • You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and to complete them diligently.

  • You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with the talent acquisition and hiring team's, and you build a trustful relationship with your candidate network, by using your talent to attract and engage them.

  • You are proficient in working with data, able to derive conclusions and actions based on your analysis.

  • You are fluent in English.
