Software Engineer - Sales Marketing & Data (x/f/m)
What you'll do
We are looking for aSoftware Engineer to join the Growth Team in the Business Performance Domain
As a Software Engineer your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will be working in a feature team developing great user experience, referral programs, try-out sessions and clear value propositions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaboratively design, implement and maintain high quality solutions delivering value to our users.
- Contribute to the modularization of the team’s domain enabling Doctolib to scale.
- Handle the day to day team operations (improve monitoring, fix bugs and security issues)
- Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback during pair programming sessions.

- You have experience navigating technical debt, comfortably balancing between consciously incurring legacy and actively reducing it.
- You are product-oriented and can suggest trade-offs to balance business needs with technical constraints.
- You have experience in monitoring the health of the system you are building and actively contribute to its improvement.
