About the role

Solution Consultant is responsible for running all pre-sales opportunities in India, SE Asia and Australia. Solution Consultant should lead all business process and technical discussions with prospects. You will be working across multiple geographies with varied customers in a consultative manner to drive business for Syncron. 

What would you do?
  • Make technical presentations to future customers.
  • Work with prospects to understand their business and planning processes.
  • Articulate key differentiators of Syncron Inventory Management solution in context of customer requirements.
  • Own sales opportunity during technical evaluation phase completely
  • Perform detailed product demos for prospects.
  • Run Customer Proof of Concepts for sales opportunities.
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • 5-10 years of experience of working in Pre-sales function of enterprise software companies selling to manufacturing companies
  • 3+ years of experience of working with inventory management or, supply chain domain
  • Experience in selling SAAS solutions to customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer interaction and requirement documentation skills
  • Good functional knowledge of inventory planning process such as forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Open to learn new domains and skills as needed.
The icing on the cake:
  • Ability to transform data from one form to another using technologies such as Power Query, Python, etc.
  • Basic know-how of SQL
  • Knowledge of aftermarket domain specifically around Pricing or Warranty or Field service management
