Job Description:

You will...

  • Create documentation (Standard work, SOP, process mapping, etc.) where needed in order to make sure that the potential new processes are documented and the Field HR team can follow a uniform and consistent practice. 
  • Partner with various teams to build standard work training and assimilation into the HR new hire training curriculum.
  • Conduct Standard Work audits to ensure identified practices are being followed. 
  • Participate in the HR Weekly Business Review and Time and Attendance calls, collecting and presenting on metrics, roll up, and weekly/monthly/quarterly trend analysis. 
  • Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures partnering with Employee Relations and legal as needed
  • Provide training support to all levels of employees.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned. 

At a minimum, you have...

  • 3+ years in an HR role, with a depth of experience in HR operations, benefits, compensation, and HR data management.
  • Knowledge of HR/labor laws.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHRA 
  • Positive attitude and are able to engage with employees with confidence and credibility, even if you don't always have the answer in the immediate moment.
  • Extremely organized and have a great ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent follow through, judgment, and common sense. "Make it happen" attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal/nonverbal skills, along with finely tuned interpersonal skills and professional judgment. You must be able to demonstrate empathy toward employees and serve as their trusted resource.
  • Highly effective communicator. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, HR metrics and reporting and Google Suites.
  • Flexibility to travel 25-50% of the time, work weekend schedules and swing shifts.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
