The Sr. Manager, Workforce Staffing Operations is responsible for managing and providing insightful analysis across all aspects of workforce staffing operations. This leader will oversee the performance metrics and program scorecard for vendor supported labor resourcing in North America. This will include strategic contract management (SLAs), vendor scorecard development and management, and program and site level reporting that informs HelloFresh labor strategy. This leadership role also supervises a team of Regional Site Supervisors and extended team to ensure accurate and timely reporting and data support. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and the overall program leader to ensure efficient resourcing strategies are delivered on time to meet rapidly changing labor demands 

You will…

● Support the workforce plan; through data tracking tools, consistent governance and related forecast processes through effective design and data management 

● Drive improvement across staffing and vendor performance metrics for all production sites 

● Ensure the planning team is kept up to date with current labor supply and performance scorecards

● Collect organizational data and generate reports on projected staffing needs based on volume projections from the planning team

● Build, manage, and distribute documentation of project deliverables and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in our processes across all brands of business

● Collaborate and supervise team members to manage the VMS platform to drive cohesive program delivery and single point of audit/compliance

● Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits in support of vendor performance metrics, VMS maintenance, and program compliance

● Prepare and deliver resources and tools utilized to support user adoption of VMS operations

● Support development of benchmark and reporting dashboards

● Dynamically prioritize, and multi-task effectively

You have...

● 3-5 years’ experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems

● Staffing experience in a multi-site e-commerce, logistics, commercial warehousing, retail, or other high volume hourly hiring environment

● Previous experience in project management, managing daily headcount, on demand labor orders, and partnering with highly agile planning and HR departments

● Previous experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS) support (preferred)

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, HR Management, Planning and Forecasting, or other relevant area of study

● Preferred: Proficient Workday reporting suite

● Skilled in MS Office (Excel) and Google Suite

● Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions

● Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

● Robust project management skills

● Strong communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to convey updates on issues, operational status and business drivers during daily/weekly and leadership reviews
