The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Analytics Manager to expand our BI capabilities and support the People organization in improving our performance across all aspects of the HR value chain: talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and engagement. On top of this you will be expected to support our leaders in making data-informed people solutions.

What you’ll do
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting for both HR and business leadership audiences, including opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Enhancing reporting and data transformation to improve our data-based approach to HR management
  • Translating metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling to guide our talent and organizational practices
  • Responsible for data collection, consolidation, and reporting for the new CSRD initiatives
  • Responsible for managing and executing technical projects and end-to-end data-product lifecycle from understanding needs, requirements gathering, data integration, launch, and training to maintenance.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improved data quality and additional data capture opportunities in partnership with HR Technology, IT, and Finance teams
  • Support and build trust with People team departments to proactively share evidence-based insights with (senior) business stakeholders and collaboratively ensure consistently high data quality.
What you’ll bring

Required experience:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in People Analytics or a closely related field, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree with excellent grades in Business, MINT/STEM subjects, or HR/Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record of planning, developing, and implementing Analytics projects.
  • Solid experience with data-intensive projects using SQL and data visualization tools (pref. Tableau) as well as strong Excel/G-Sheet skills
  • Previous experience with R / Python for advanced problem-solving will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
