We're seeking an adept Senior People Analytics Manager to elevate our Business Intelligence capabilities, supporting the People organization in enhancing performance across the HR value chain – talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and engagement. • Oversee and execute complex technical projects throughout the entire data-product lifecycle, from understanding needs to training and maintenance.
• Formulate and test hypotheses based on complex business issues, translating them into actionable data insights.
• Establish trust with People team departments, actively sharing evidence-based insights with senior business stakeholders to ensure consistently high data quality.
• Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to enhance engagement analytics and align insights with operational HR data (e.g., churn, growth).
• Develop impactful models measuring the ROI of HR initiatives, shaping our People Strategy.
• Apply predictive analytics for advanced projects like performance or churn prediction.

Required experience:

• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (preferably Tableau), and strong Excel/G-Sheet skills.
• Previous experience with R/Python for advanced problem-solving preferred.
• Experience with data modeling, data science, data governance, and data management best practices.
• Proven track record of planning, developing, and implementing Analytics projects.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in People Analytics or a related field, preferably within a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, MINT/STEM subjects, or HR/Organizational Development.
• Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
