As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Senior Technical Project Manager - Demo Devops.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager/DevOps Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving business impact by overseeing the maintenance and optimization of the Sales Demo Environment and its related infrastructure. This key role demands a unique blend of robust program management capabilities and profound technical expertise to guarantee flawless demonstrations. Moreover, you'll lead a team of individual contributors to collectively amplify the success of this environment and contribute to closing deals with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environment Oversight:

    • Take ownership of the Sales Demo Environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and relevance to showcase our products effectively.
  • Infrastructure Management:

    • Lead efforts in configuring, scaling, and optimizing the underlying infrastructure to support the environment's operation.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and mentor a team of Individual Contributors (ICs), providing guidance and creating an environment of growth and achievement.
  • Deployment Automation:

    • Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines to streamline updates and deployments within the demo environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales, product management, engineering, and other teams to align demo environments with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitoring and Alerting Framework:

    • Develop and implement a robust monitoring and alerting framework to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure that security measures and compliance standards are upheld within the demo environment.
  • Performance Optimization:

    • Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance and responsiveness of the demo environment.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

    • Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure team members and stakeholders have access to essential information.
  • Issue Resolution and Support:

    • Provide expert-level support in addressing technical challenges and incidents within the demo environment.
  • Vendor and Tool Management:

    • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance the functionality and efficiency of the demo environment.
  • What You'll Need:

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in technical program management or related roles.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in automation tools, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Nice to have

    • Strong experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure management.
    • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience working on-call and managing incidents 
    • Familiar with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, BitBucket)
