YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Strategy & Planning Manager (Operations) you will report directly to the Director of Financial planning & Strategy and work in close collaboration with our Central- and Market Operations team to support the organisation in shaping strategy and budgets, setting targets, following-up on results, and manage change initiatives to drive revenue and improve margins across Voi. This will include: 

• Shaping Strategy: Be a part of shaping Voi’s global corporate strategy and targets, with an expressed focus on operational drivers, to improve revenues and margins across the company
• Analysing Business Performance: Analyse financial and operational data to present insights, launch initiatives and make decisions with senior managers in order to drive operational improvements
• Project Management: Support the organisation with setting structured processes for driving improvement initiatives, following up on progress and ensuring projects deliver on time
• Shaping budgets: Support senior managers in budget planning and follow-up, to ensure that we make investments where it matters most and don’t overspend trying to reach our goals
• Providing Special Project Analytics: Add analytical firepower in special internal projects, find solutions to open ended questions and support senior managers across a wide range of topics

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We’re looking for a highly structured and analytical problem solver, comfortable with an hypothesis driven approach, strong project management skills, and a curiosity in all aspects of driving P&L improvements through operational levers. Apart from being fluent in English, self-sufficient and goal-oriented, we believe the right person has: 

• A university degree within business, finance, engineering or similar
• 2-5 years experience from working as a strategy manager or strategy/management consultant within FP&A or similar
• Experience from managing cross-functional projects with high business impact
• Experience from supporting and managing senior stakeholders 
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation and business case modelling in excel/google sheets
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise presentations in powerpoint/google slides
• Proficiency in SQL or a strong interest in learning
