Commercial - What you'll do:

  • Support our teams in daily business development and account management activities
  • Conduct researches and identify growth opportunities
  • Involve in commercial internal and cross-team projects. Own a work stream and be responsible for delivering it.

What you’ll need:

  • Team player, organised and good attention to detail
  • Experience in office tools (Microsoft or G-suite)
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
  • Passionate about the food and startup world
  • Has a roll-up your sleeves attitude 
  • Experience in Data Analytics and knowledge of Python will be a plus

Operations - What you’ll do:

  • Conduct competitor and user research on onboarding, fees and benefits to improve rider experience
  • Manage rider support inbox by handling escalations and making proactive calls
  • Review existing onboarding and compliance processes and communications to make improvements
  • Support Rider Kit Distribution initiatives and execution
  • Review existing riders’ partnerships network and work closely with Engagement Team to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Assist in rider engagement event planning and execution (e.g. focus groups, roadshows, etc)
  • Support ad hoc duties as and when required

What you'll need:

  • People oriented - ability to interact with riders in person]
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills (preferred but not required)
  • Creativity - ability to think outside the box and come up with new and fun initiatives to engage the fleet

People and Culture - What you’ll do:

  • Sourcing: You’ll be working closely with the recruitment team to understand where our candidates are coming from and how to reach them.
  • Coordination: You will champion our scheduling system. You’ll go above and beyond to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Engagement: You will partner with our People Team to arrange social activities and events in the office.
  • Problem-solving: You’ll be reviewing positions and candidate profiles, testing different application channels such as social media and job sites.
  • Collaborating: Everyone in our team has different strengths and passion areas. You’ll assist the hiring team and work closely with the People Team.

  • You’ll keep your sense of humour in an environment of unrelenting pace with plenty of challenges to tackle :)
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese
