The Opportunity:  

This role will be part of the People Service team, supporting Level 1 service requests from Agodans. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR domains and help build out a new service desk product.   

In this Role, you'll get to:  

  • Operations: Support employees knowledge base, reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services in for People team related topic and escalate to Level 2 team as appropriate 
  • Management: Manage the Help Desk work-queue in a professional and consistent manner that ensures incidents, requests and queries are dealt with efficiently through multiple channels 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Service Desk team members and People team members 
  • Problem solving: Identify and diagnose issues, problems, trends, and work closely with subject matter experts to suggest improvements. 
  • Documentation: Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.

What you'll Need to Succeed: 

  • Able to do the internship from 27th of May to 2nd August 2024 (10-week program) 
  • Currently a 3rd-year or below university student at a respected university  
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to details and accuracy 
  • Customer focused and service oriented - constant customer communication is part of the daily tasks 
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English - systems configuration and employee communication are conducted in English primarily 
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team with positive attitude
