We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to drive Global operations for Manufacturing.  In this highly collaborative role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness, execution excellence, and supply continuity while managing escalations, risk mitigation, and planning activities across our Contract Manufacturer (CM) network.You will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, including NPI, Quality, Test, Engineering, Planning and Logistics—as well as external suppliers and CM's, to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING… 

  • Drive the end-to-end supply chain execution for production activities, ensuring continuity of supply to meet revenue and operational targets.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks across Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing
  • Collaborate with CMs to enhance operational excellence, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, on-time delivery, inventory management, and cost reduction.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency and performance, aiming to reduce supply risks.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and document best practices across Manufacturing and operations. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CM, supply chain execution activities, escalation management, and  ensure continuity of supply.
  • Managing readiness to produce products according to schedule/forecast by overseeing Clear to Build (CTB) processes.
  • Develop production strategies for new product introductions (NPI) through end-of-life (EOL) that ensure an optimal balance between supply and demand
  • Reviewing, developing, and updating internal processes and those with CMs.
  • Being a problem-solver and recommending improvements across various departments (CM, Supply Chain Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance)
  • Monitor supply and demand variability and develop effective strategies to mitigate potential material risks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…

  • BA/BS degree in relevant areas like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations
  • Strong background in Contract Manufacturing and Operational leadership, with a focus on both Production and MRP systems (Bills of Materials, shortages, sales orders, purchase orders).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across Global teams.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements, risk mitigation, and process optimization initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective supply chain processes and strategies.
  • Tech-savvy with ERP, Tableau, and advanced skills in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Great problem-solving, team-building, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills. 
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work out of our partner’s factory located in Houston office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $108,000—$164,000 USD
