To continue to optimise our supply chain for spare parts and define our new logistics processes for refurbished parts we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team at HQ in Stockholm. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Supply Chain Manager (Spare Parts & Refurbishment), your mission is to lead the development and management of logistics for refurbishment initiatives, playing a pivotal role in optimising the end-to-end supply chain process. By collaborating closely with the supply chain team and stakeholders, you'll contribute to improving the value chain, cost-base, and sustainability globally. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, defining, and managing logistics processes for refurbished spare parts and batteries.

  • Owning the entire supply chain process, from forecasting to distribution, inventory control, and allocation of spare parts across all markets.

  • Building relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous availability of critical spare parts.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement operational processes for high-quality data collection.

  • Analysing data, gathering critical insights, and driving global cost reductions and process improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for a candidate with a strong sense of ownership, strategic mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills. In addition to being fluent in English, We believe the right person has :
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience in supply chain or logistics management in fast-paced operations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and negotiation skills.
