The opportunity:
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who can conceive and execute ideas that drive impact through our business and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead Agoda’s social impact, corporate volunteering, and giving programs — collaborating closely with business units and external stakeholders. You will leverage your stakeholder management skills and experience running projects and events to deliver tangible impact. This role is an excellent entry point for individuals passionate about social impact, offering opportunities to grow, take on greater responsibilities, and expand their scope into broader sustainability initiatives.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Identify, network with, and build partnerships with nonprofit organizations, charities, educational institutions for social impact, corporate volunteering, and giving programs.
- Take full responsibility for designing, coordinating, and executing corporate volunteering (both traditional and skills-based) and giving programs and events across all teams and locations at Agoda.
- Partner with the Tech Team to project manage Agoda’s first tech-focused impact program, Tech Camp Day.
- Collaborate with Communications Team to create internal and external communications promoting volunteering, giving programs, and other sustainability initiatives as needed.
- Engage and empower Agoda employees on social and broader sustainability topics through trainings and other initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key social impact metrics to support data-driven decision-making and ensure transparent progress.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support for other sustainability initiatives.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a corporate setting or an international nonprofit organization
- Experience structuring and executing programs or events end-to-end
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multitask effectively
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to travel and eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Native or fluent-level Thai (both spoken and written) and high proficiency in written and spoken English
It’s great if you have:
- Experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, corporate citizenship, or a related field
- Knowledge of organizations, industry best practices, and social impact concepts in Thailand and broader Southeast Asia
