About the jobThis position is needed to help turn ambitious initiatives into meaningful goals to move our business forward. You’re someone who is a thought leader, but also has the ability to help evolve current TA programs & processes in place today. You should be passionate about change and focused on helping those around you navigate through it. The Talent Acquisition team plays an integral role in building small, impactful teams that work closely with our developer community to meet their communication needs. We serve as a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on a variety of talent issues. Helping our team to scale with our growing business will be essential to this role and to the success of the broader company.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Deliver operational support with requisitions, offers, employment agreements, tier 1 inquiries, data management and audits
- Identify areas of opportunity or process improvement and present solutions to achieve a desired outcome
- Partner in developing TA team capabilities while remaining focused on process and program improvement to help our team globally
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials and educate those around you of new programs or process change
- Manage and maintain employment contract process and templates
- Be viewed as a TA Ops subject matter expert to provide support to our stakeholders
- Preemptively identify and risk involved with your programs and processes and work proactively to remove any roadblocks

Required:
- Experience working in Talent Acquisition and with applicant tracking systems
- Strong business background and experience working cross-functionally with many parts of the business including, finance, compensation, and HR operations teams on a global scale
- Efficient ability to prioritize tasks with a self-starter attitude
- Ability to take in multiple data sets and create viable solutions in a sometimes ambiguous environment
- You can analyze information and processes to find trends or diagnose problem areas to introduce efficiency
- Highly effective process documentation skills with the ability to create efficient programs that involve multiple stakeholders
- You are decisive and capture the data needed to make informed decisions quickly.
- A bachelor’s degree with 2+years of proven experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired:
- Exposure to global programs that involve government regulations based on country laws
Location
This role will be remote based in Colombia.
