About the job

The Sr. Manager of TA Operations reports into the VP of People Services, and leads a global team to manage and optimize day to day recruiting operations. This critical role is focused on upholding an excellent candidate experience, streamlining processes, and onboarding new Twilions across the globe. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage a global team of four recruiting operations specialists, and the Talent Guide team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success
  • Continually assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner across functions (Legal, HR Technology, Total Rewards) to implement new programs and requirements 
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and automations throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws and regulations; audit and maintain related documentation
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and background check providers, to optimize services and platforms.
  • Develop and drive quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and priority programs and projects, providing success metrics and updates to leadership
  • Collaborate with regional TA managers and leaders to enable and standardize processes globally
  • Manage the TA operations budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting project objectives
  • Implement strategies to improve the candidate experience, from application to onboarding

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience in TA operations with experience in a lead or managerial role
  • Driven cross functional projects and programs; system implementation experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Workday and Greenhouse. 
  • Excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of global recruitment laws and compliance
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location 

This role will be remote, but must work U.S. based hours regardless of location. 

Periodic travel to support projects or attend in person team meetings is expected.
