Your Mission:

At Glovo we are building a Talent House, we want to be recognized internally and externally for having and developing the most talented colleagues in every market we operate. 

Talent Acquisition has a huge responsibility into our mission, by being the ultimate owners of the talent we attract and hire in each position. 

As a Global Talent Director, you will lead the definition and implementation of the TA strategy for the next few years, lead a team of 30+ recruiters and ensure a great experience to leaders and candidates. 

 

In the Journey You Will: 
  • Define the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the next 3 years and get approval from People Leadership team and C-Level
  • Build a high-performing recruitment team 
  • Build and implement any needed process to ensure great recruitment service to leaders and great experience for candidates 
  • Own our employer branding strategy & initiatives
  • Ensure we hire the best talent for Glovo in the long run 
  • Help the People Leadership team & our Founder to build a Talent House. 

 

What you will bring to the ride: 
  • Passion for our culture (Yellow Book) > Please do not join if you don’t love it, the challenge will not be easy so you will need lots of drive!
  •  Large and wide experience in Talent Acquisition (7+ years):
    • Experience recruiting both Tech and Business roles
    • Experience across different markets, including countries in an expansion phase
    • Deep understanding of executive recruitment 
  • Track record leading big & high performing teams 
  • Previous experience in Employer Branding initiatives & working in talent programs (University Fairs, Graduate Programs, Internships, Internal Mobility…)

The role is 100% based in Barcelona, with at least 3 days in the office every week.
