We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Manager to join our team. The TA Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our processes and ensuring superior candidate experience. Working in close collaboration with TA leaders, you will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to drive operational excellence, maintain standardized procedures, and enhance the utilization of technology and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TA Leaders to gain a deep understanding of the business and maintain best practice processes, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and top performance across TA key performance indicators.
- Create and monitor processes through auditing to uphold quality in the candidate experience, standardize operations, compensation practices, and effectively utilize TA technology and systems.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in TA operations and processes.
- Establish and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for recruitment processes.
- Evaluate and manage technology, system vendors, third-party recruitment agency relationships, and budgets.
- Partner closely with other HR functions, Finance, and Information Technology teams on forecasting, process compliance, and enhancements to our CRM, ATS, and HR Core integrations.
- Lead and support special recruiting projects and initiatives to meet business needs and client deliverables.
- Support the successful transition and associated change management of the team, technology, activities, processes, and workflows.
- Provide system administration for iCIMS ATS and CRM, including configuration, business processes, notifications, auditing, data quality management, troubleshooting, bug escalations, enhancement requests, self-service portals, and candidate experience surveying.
- Participate as a core project team member for all TA tool implementations, integrations, and enhancement deployments, including the creation and execution of test plans and training.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance Teams to establish, maintain, and enforce compliance programs, training, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develop, maintain, and facilitate all TA training & enablement programs for the global TA Team
Experience Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in TA Operations or Human Resources Operations within a company with over 2,000 employees.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and candidate relationship management systems.
- Ability to prioritize work, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and demonstrate strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in leading change management for new tools, processes, and policies to ensure company-wide adoption and adherence.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in TA workflow process map creation and development, project management, workforce planning, staffing and employment operations. Bonus points if you are Six Sigma certified.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS and CRM ongoing maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with and develop/maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- You will be based in Santa Clara. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
The annual base salary range is: $127,000-$191,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
