Are you passionate about finding top talent and making a real impact on business success?We're looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our team and drive recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
What you'll be spending time on:
- Talent Strategy & Market Insights – Understand business needs, provide market intelligence, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the hiring process end-to-end, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Employer Branding & Advocacy – Represent our company in the talent marketplace, promote diversity and inclusion, and build external partnerships.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management – Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and collaborate with internal HR teams.
- Data-Driven Hiring – Track key hiring metrics, optimize processes, and leverage technology (Greenhouse, LinkedIn analytics) for better decision-making.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in a regional or global role.
- A relevant degree (HR, Business, or related field) is a plus.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management).
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn analytics.
- Experience working with diversity hiring strategies and employer branding.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
- Experience reducing time-to-fill and increasing direct sourcing success.
- Background in HR partnerships or talent pipelining.
- Strong social media presence for employer branding initiatives.
