We’re on a mission to scale a team of 1,000+ field sales reps across Europe by the end of the year, and we’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Recruitment Resourcer to help us get there. You’ll play a crucial role in building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top talent.

🔍 What you’ll do-
🎯 Source top sales talent across Europe using a mix of tools — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns

📞 Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a great fit with our field sales culture and role expectations

📈 Support pipeline delivery goals — helping us hire 20–25 new sales reps per month

🌍 Collaborate across markets, helping local hiring teams fill urgent roles quickly and effectively

🛠️ Keep our systems up to date — managing candidates in our ATS and tracking outreach metrics

🤝 Be a talent champion — delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer

📞 Some experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a people-focused role (agency or in-house)

✨ Strong communication and organisational skills — you're confident, personable, and detail-oriented

🔍 A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for talent to apply, you go out and find them

💬 Fluent English (bonus points for another European language: 🇩🇪 German, 🇫🇷 French, 🇮🇹 Italian, 🇵🇹 Portuguese, 🇳🇱 Dutch)

💻 Comfortable with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS/CRMs
