 What You Will Be Doing

  • Weave creative Diversity sourcing techniques into every project 
  • Proactively and strategically build a strong candidate pipeline for assigned roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team to understand hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain a best practices environment for conducting research and new sourcing methods
  • Assist with passive recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating and qualifying top talent 
  • Identify and leverage alternative creative sourcing methods
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience 
  • Advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline to reach hiring targets
  • Work as a team with our highly effective Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems
  • Lead/Participate in regional projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or Related
  • 8+ years of corporate recruiting/sourcing experience. A mix of agency and inhouse will be a plus
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for Go To Market roles
  • 3 + years of Experience in Asia Pacific countries
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience working in a small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
  • Experience working with remote teams located in multiple cities and timezones preferred.
