You will report directly to our Head of Sales Development.This role offers you a unique opportunity to help shape Personio's growth and have a significant impact on the future of our customers' HR work!* In order to achieve a greater reach when searching for jobs for applicants, we have created this position as Team Lead Business Development DACH (d/f/m), Team Lead Outbound Sales (d/f/m) & Team Lead Sales Development (d /f/m).These challenges await you: 

  • Leading and developing a team of sales development representatives as well as supporting the recruitment of new team members
  • Building a strong sales culture that understands the customer at the center of all activities
  • Continuous achievement of set goals (on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis)
  • Development and implementation of lead and account generation strategies
  • Close collaboration with marketing and the account executives team
  • Identification of the ideal customer and corresponding decision makers
  • Data-driven analysis of processes to optimize conversion rates, time to sell, ARPA and other KPIs

What you need to succeed

  • Min. 3 years of professional experience as a sales development representative and/or account executive in B2B new customer acquisition and at least 1 year of leadership experience in a B2B sales team
  • Successful development and establishment of demand generation programs for inside and field sales organizations
  • Strong analytical understanding and experience with relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce and engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration within the team, with colleagues and customers
  • Focus on qualitative interaction with potential prospects
  • Experience in setting up and developing a sales development team on site in Munich
  • Thorough understanding of software, sales processes and experience with models such as Challenger Sales, GAP Selling and BANT
  • Accurate forecasting & verifiable history for the timely (over)fulfillment of set goals
