Preferred Qualifications
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of open source technologies such as Druid, Kafka, Flink, Databricks, and Spark to make informed decisions and understand the trade-offs among them.
  • Utilize your experience in building teams from the ground up in startup environments, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with cloud-native technologies like Kinesis, Bigquery, Beam, and Dataflow to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Apply your expertise in designing and working on large scale systems, ensuring robustness and scalability of our products.
  • Showcase your exceptional track record in execution, consistently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage product development initiatives in the automotive / IoT industry, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering seamless communication and cooperation across different time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Utilize your broad knowledge of various technical stacks, including data storage, data warehouse, streaming, machine learning, and AI, to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.
  • Leverage your 8+ years of technical experience in the industry to provide valuable insights and technical contributions to the team's day-to-day activities.
  • Lead and manage a group of talented engineers, inspiring them to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding results.
  • Embrace hands-on coding and actively participate in technical development, setting an example for the team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Take an interest in the "people side" of contribution, actively participating in recruiting efforts and supporting the career development of team members.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively participating in day-to-day coding, design discussions, and product development, bringing your technical expertise to the forefront.
  • Defining roadmaps and setting technical directions for one or multiple teams, ensuring clear guidance and alignment with our goals.
  • Contributing to the expansion of our talented workforce by engaging in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates to grow the team.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with other teams within the company to foster alignment and synergies for efficient project execution.
  • Representing Sibros as a brand ambassador, leading conversations with external customers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.
