Our Opportunity:

We're the tools team within Data & AI Innovation, building self-service platforms that enable every team at Chewy to access and use data independently. You'll own the product strategy for tools that eliminate dependencies on centralized teams and drive our shift to a platform-as-a-product model.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for our data tools platform
  • Partner with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs
  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with our 2025 themes: Quality & Trust, Simplification, and Self-Service
  • Lead development of self-service tools that scale across multiple teams
  • Measure and optimize user adoption and time-to-value

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal platforms or data products
  • Comfort in technical environments—you understand systems and data flows
  • Strong communicator who can align diverse stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset with humility and curiosity
  • Experience with SQL or data platforms is a plus

What Success Looks Like:

In 6-12 months, you'll help teams access data faster, reduce support tickets by enabling self-service, and establish strong product practices as we evolve our operating model.

Why This Matters:

This is a foundational role in Chewy's data transformation. The tools you help create will enable faster decision-making, reduce burnout, and scale our data platform with the business.
