  • You will build, manage, and grow strong relationships with dealers, resellers and their customers.
  • You will drive consultative sales of the EGYM portfolio in North America, tailoring solutions to fitness facility operators and their needs and business models.
  • You will own territory development: prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • You will function as a trusted advisor by presenting innovative solutions, best practices, and vision casting with prospective customers.
  • You will help dealers and other resellers generate new business opportunities, close contracts, and expand relationships with accounts via EGYM.
  • You will successfully navigate and accelerate complex purchasing requirements.
  • You will partner with Marketing and Events teams to identify and support sales opportunities.
  • You will stay informed about trends in the vertical markets, wellness, and technology to deliver strategic insights to dealers and customers alike.
  • You will consistently meet/exceed sales targets while contributing to EGYM’s North American growth.
  • You will help train dealer sales reps to sell on behalf of EGYM using the same trusted advisor complex sales approaches as if they were employees of EGYM.
  • You will act as Sales Engineer to dealers, answering their technical questions and aid them in communicating and selling to their end customers.
  • Working with the Sr. Director of Dealer Sales you will help establish annual sales targets for EGYM’s dealers and resellers.
  • You will motivate/assist dealers in reaching their annual sales targets of EGYM’s products and services.

Your fitness level

  • Sales Experience: 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience does not need to be solely in selling fitness equipment. Fitness industry, dealer management and solution sales are highly valued.
  • Consultative Approach: Proven success in solution-based selling, avoiding transactional or commodity-focused approaches.
  • Territory Development: Demonstrated track record of building new markets, managing pipelines, and achieving growth targets.
  • Owner-Level and Sales Exec. Relationships: Ability to access and effectively engage Dealer Owners, Sales Staff and Operations staff.
  • Operator Decision Maker Relationship: Ability to access and effectively engage, C-Suite, Directors, Managers, Operators of Vertical Market fitness facilities that can benefit from EGYM products is desired.
  • Analytical & Strategic: Strong skills in vision casting, solution alignment, and creative problem-solving.
  • Organizational & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, prioritization, and presentation skills.
  • Motivation & Drive: High-energy, self-starter with a results-driven mindset and solution orientation.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and traveling up to 60–70% of the time. While this role is remote, we are focused on candidates based in Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, or Salt Lake City. 

The equipment we provide

  • Compensation: $70,000 – $105,000 base salary (depending on experience) + variable compensation.
