As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll drive competitive compensation, benefits, and equity programs through expert analysis and administration to align rewards with key organizational goals, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
  • Market Benchmarking: Perform deep-dive research and competitor analysis to ensure base pay, bonuses, and benefits remain competitive and attractive.

  • Global Strategy Alignment: Partner with the Global Total Rewards COE to standardize policies and programs across different international regions and business units.

  • Program Administration: Support the end-to-end delivery of rewards cycles, including incentive plans, recognition awards, and benefit enrollments.

  • Strategic Communication: Create and distribute educational content (presentations, intranet, brochures) to help employees understand the full value of their compensation package.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor changing labor laws and industry regulations to ensure all rewards programs meet legal requirements and best practices.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain high-integrity compensation records and reports to support internal audits, external filings, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll bring
  • Educational & Professional Foundation: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of specialized experience in total rewards strategies and program management.

  • Global & Shared Services Expertise: Proven ability to navigate multicultural environments and manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographic locations (shared services experience is a plus).

  • Advanced Data Proficiency: Expert-level command of Excel and Google Sheets, specifically for large data manipulation, pivot tables, and translating complex statistical data into actionable insights.

  • Technical & Systems Savvy: Highly proficient in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, using these tools to ensure accurate reporting and meticulous documentation.

  • Compliance & Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative skills for market benchmarking and a systematic approach to auditing compensation and benefits for legal compliance.

  • Project & Soft Skills: A bilingual (English) communicator with strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.
