Based in our Paris or Montpellier office, or remote, you will support our team in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our compensation and benefits programs. You will report directly to the Total Rewards Director.

    What will you do?   As a Total Rewards Specialist you will:
  • Creates and maintain variable pay calculation tools
  • Assist with  the global quarterly bonus calculation and payments
  • Follow up with regional/country teams (HR & Finance in 30+ countries) to ensure adoption of global processes
  • Help implement and monitor global salary policies, bonus systems, benefits and procedures
  • Maintain HR data accuracy within HCRIS
  • Help coordinate global/local benefits administration
  • Assist the Total Rewards team with day to day activities
    What will you bring to the team?
  • Experience in rewards management including variable pay management and benefits administration is a plus
  • Fast learner
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets is a must
  • Autonomous and able to work remotely
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), French
