✅The Role

As the VP Account Management (NAM), Brand Protection you will grow, manage and develop our industry-leading sales team for the NAM region. Reporting directly to the VP Global Account Management, you will be integral to Corsearch’ success by leading this team and overseeing its growth. This position focuses on growing investment into the account, as well as maintaining high levels of customer retention.

We will provide a flexible work environment in which you will be able to work remotely. In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel to client meetings, industry events and join committees to advocate for Corsearch and understand the emerging trends within the industry that could ultimately impact your portfolio of customers.

 

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers for the NAM region
  • Deliver against a team renewal and growth quota for our Brand Protection customers in the NAM region
  • Ensure a consistent and accurate forecast for renewals and upsells
  • Coach team members to successfully achieve their retention and growth targets
  • Working in collaboration with the Client Management team, ensure reps maintain and deliver relevant and accurate account plans, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other relevant activity necessary to help achieve targets
  • Have a positive representation of Corsearch both internally and externally, with a comprehensive understanding of the Company value propositions
  • Collaborate with relevant leaders and team members to ensure we successfully deliver value to our customers
  • Leverage your network and existing connections to help Corsearch increase and improve presence and reputation for the region
  • Help to assess and share the business impact of innovation with Corsearch customers
  • Hire and train talent where required for the region
  • Have a focus on continuous improvement of sales effectiveness
  • Liaise with sales enablement to ensure team training is of required depth and standard
  • Build a collaborative and positive culture across direct teams as well as supporting the Corsearch company culture and values.

 

✅Essential

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales and account management leadership experience
  • History of exceeding quota performance & account retention goals
  • Have sold large deals (1M+) within multi-matrixed enterprises
  • Proven track record of building and managing an annual sales plan
  • Experience in forecasting and delivering on monthly and quarterly billings
  • Prior experience of hiring and developing an account management team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a penchant for navigating a business landscape.

  • Brand Protection experience highly valued
  • Demonstrable experience of solution selling into one or more of the following areas of business, Legal, Digital, Brand & Content Protection, IP, Marketing and Product teams
  • Understanding of Sales Methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC
  • Be able to influence others, and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written communication.
  • Be self-motivated and able to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure.
  • Be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasion, as required.
  • Be self-sufficient and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time and travel on occasion to other company offices and for events and important client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university valued
