A hybrid-role encompassing Account Management, Client Services and Project Management duties across a high profile, fast-paced, leading automotive brand.

The role will focus on delivery of effective & exceptional social media content and advertising ranging from organic social content calendars, through to supporting and activating ATL campaigns,

 

Key areas of responsibility: 

  • Consistent delivery of all social media projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversight and management of workflow going through the social media & social creative teams, including production of digital assets.
  • Day-to-day contact for clients and key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, timelines are communicated, and work is delivered to expectations.

 

In addition to this, our Social Management Director will work with the Head of Social to support and advise across the business, ensuring that both clients and colleagues are equipped to take full advantage of the power of social media in an ever-changing landscape.

 

We are looking for someone who is versatile, charismatic, entrepreneurial and hands on; they need to have the attitude and aptitude to lead a team, build strong connections within the agency and across clients, and knows what it takes to make great work.

 

Specific duties: 

  • Key point of contact, working collaboratively with clients daily to ensure work is on brief and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Providing updates, responding to and evaluating briefs & requests, hosting meetings and leading presentations as required.
  • Attend and lead weekly client status, providing ongoing & comprehensive updates of all workstreams.
  • Partnering with Social Media Director to ensure best-in-class strategic & creative social media outputs and day-to-day social media management.
  • Creation and management of timelines and statements of work to deliver projects, including production scoping and planning.
  • Traffic management and resource bookings amongst social, creative and production teams.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing internal teams and inter-agency partners across brand campaigns and social touchpoints, ensuring consistent integration & alignment.
  • Always on finance tracking and budget management encompassing both retained and project work.
  • Ensuring thorough legal checks/approval where required. Working with Creative Production Director to ensure compliance with all standards, including automotive and social media specific regulations.
  • Quality control across all social outputs – including social media assets and client presentations.  
  • Asset sourcing, organisation and management.
  • Proactively staying across developments and innovations in the social media sector and briefing the rest of the agency as required.
  • Lead the charge on social media innovation, driving the account forward by pushing executions to include latest formats, platform developments and trends.

 

Required

  • Extensive account management & client services experience within an agency
  • Specific experience working on social media brand accounts – including knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other social/digital platforms
  • Strong project management experience
  • A strong point of view backed up by deep knowledge
  • Experience managing senior clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working as part of an integrated multi-agency team
  • A black book of social media contacts across social media networks, in particular Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
  • Automotive Experience preferred.
