Account Executive - France (all genders)
To strengthen our B2B sales team in Paris, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated (Senior) B2B Sales Manager (all genders). You will be managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to signature, providing access to our unique benefits as a company perk to companies within the French market.

Your responsibilities- Own and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to signature, including prospecting, discovery, qualifying, nurturing, negotiation and closing
- Use data analysis tools (e.g. CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research and contact prospects within your assigned market
- Attend exhibitions and local events to grow your network of key decision makers and C-level executives in the HR industry
- Handle discovery and qualifying, introduce Corporate and Enterprise prospects to our B2B offering, and create proposals
- Nurture, negotiate and close deals and ensure a smooth transition to our Onboarding / Growth team
- You have gained extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- You have knowledge of B2B and sales technologies (CRM, engagement automations, lead generation)
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in French
- As our company language is English, you'll need good English skills to collaborate with your internal stakeholders
- You have developed expert knowledge of current best practices for business development strategies
- You are able to work independently as well as cooperate and communicate in a team environment
