THE ROLE

As an Account Executive for the Commercial Healthcare sector in France, you will drive the digital transformation of regional healthcare providers by delivering modern, sustainable data solutions. You will own the full sales cycle within your territory, moving beyond transactional selling to become a strategic partner for regional hospital groups and private clinics. Collaborating closely with the channel ecosystem and internal teams, you will accelerate the adoption of resilient technology that directly empowers clinical teams and protects patient data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive Regional Market Growth: Own and execute a territory plan to acquire new healthcare logos and expand existing footprints, consistently exceeding revenue targets through disciplined, high-velocity pipeline generation.
  • Deliver Clinical Outcomes: Use a consultative approach to map technical solutions to specific healthcare needs, such as ensuring 24/7 data availability for critical care and providing ransomware resilience to safeguard patient privacy.
  • Orchestrate Partner Ecosystems: Lead a "partner-first" strategy by collaborating with regional healthcare integrators and ISVs to broaden your reach and simplify the procurement process for public and private health entities.
  • Manage Healthcare Sales Cycles: Navigate regional healthcare procurement vehicles and decision-making committees, effectively communicating the total cost of ownership (TCO) and long-term value to both IT leads and clinical stakeholders.
  • Forecast with Precision: Maintain high operational standards using sales systems to provide predictable forecasting and strategic account mapping, ensuring all activity aligns with regional healthcare modernization trends.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Commercial Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of success in a high-growth sales environment, with a focus on acquiring new business and managing a high volume of active opportunities.
  • Healthcare Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the French healthcare IT landscape, including familiarity with HDS (Hébergement de Données de Santé) compliance, sovereign data requirements, and cybersecurity resilience.
  • Consultative Selling Proficiency: Skilled at leading business-focused conversations regarding clinical efficiency and translating complex infrastructure performance into clear benefits for medical staff and patient outcomes.
  • Strategic Communication & Fluency: Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, from IT Managers to Clinical Directors, with business fluency in both French and English to support local and international collaboration.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
