Role: Account Executive

ROLE MISSION

An entry level role working in partnership with our client, the Account Executive will provide day to day support and assists team to create powerful and impactful Marketing communications for both brands.   

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the account lead, the Account Executive is part of a team of 10 people who will be responsible for the management and delivery of client briefs.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Work in true collaboration with the OLIVER team and keep the client up to date with all live projects. 
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the account by running key processes and supporting a diverse range of projects. 
  • Execute MI's, KPI's and service levels to client leads. 
  • Liaise with project managers and creative teams to ensure progress and updates are made. 
  • Assist with the production of inspirational creative briefs. 
  • Work with and understand the creative process as well as manage expectations and time pressures. 
  • Write statuses and minutes within meetings. 
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for team.  
  • Resolve invoicing and payment requests internally and externally. 

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Articulate, engaged and confident in communicating with senior clients 
  • Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, in a non-silo’d approach 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • The ability to manage own workload 
  • A passion for delivering effective campaigns  
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • Strong campaign management  
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
