About this role :
We are looking for a Account Management Analyst (m/f/x) - Spanish & English speaker in São Paulo, Brazil to help our Commercial Team to develop our commercial efforts in Mexico and build sustainable relationships with great brands and retailers there.
Responsibilities:- Identify potential partners, leading sales negotiations and closing them, onboarding and implementing additional business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, trusting business relationships by becoming the main point of contact and sparring partner for our partners
- Develop a B2B2C strategy: advising partners and supporting their integration and growth on the platform
- Monitor our partners' business results and implementing KPI-based optimizations
- Collaborate with other departments (product team, operations, design, marketing, etc.) as well as with colleagues from other countries
- You have at least 1 year of experience in key account management and/or sales development
- You speak Spanish at a fluent level and can hold conversations in English with confidence. Portuguese is not mandatory but a plus
- You are a talented communicator and you find it easy to build a professional network
- You have acquaintance with CTRs, ROI, AOV and other online advertising metrics and can present them convincingly to your partners
- You are available for trips to Mexico between 1 or 2 times per year
- Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus
