Account Manager, Strategic Healthcare Partnerships

As an Account Manager on the Strategic Partnerships team, you’ll help our existing partners understand the power of Lyft. We’re looking for humble, scrappy and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about transforming healthcare. Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Lyft’s strategic healthcare partners
- Responsible for quarterly revenue goals and growing the book, including sourcing new accounts and growing existing partners
- Serve as a trusted partner by understanding partners’ business and challenges, continuously utilizing data to uncover opportunities for expansion or operational improvement
- Become a subject matter expert on healthcare and transportation to understand partner priorities and anticipate partner needs
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders across strategy, product, marketing and legal
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency and be an owner of change management
- Manage and forecast sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- 4+ years of account management, business development, management consulting, or similar experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goals
- Healthcare experience and understanding of payers, providers, and value-based care arrangements
- Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and extracting data for partner needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Team-first mentality and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Proactive, self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate complicated situations with a high-level of professionalism, customer service, and work ethic

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $77,600 - $97,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
