About the role

We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic English dub team, providing vital support across multiple facets of our production process. Your responsibilities will encompass actor payroll management, seamless coordination with talent across departments, and general production assistance spanning from time coding to final script preparation.

You'll help craft credit documents and final scripts, facilitating talent coordination, and ensuring smooth communication channels.

• Handle ADR production payroll logistics
• Compile and organize ADR production logs
• Manage employee expenses related to ADR production
• Assist producers with administrative tasks for seasonal shows
• Support project-based initiatives as directed by production staff

As the Administrative Assistant you will report to the Final Script Supervisor

This role is based inn our Dallas, TX office and required to work onsite 5 days a week.

About You

• 3-5 years experience in administrative support/data entry
• Reliable and accountable for tasks entrusted
• Excel skills (able to enter data and maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Experience doing data entry with minimal errors

About the Team

The ADR Production team creates the English language dub tracks for our shows. Our goal is to produce outstanding creative content to delight and engage our audiences, partners and team members. As a group comprised of audio staff, voice directors, writers, and support staff!
