We are hiring for an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to join the Global Sales Organisation of Pinterest. As an ABP you will support a Senior Sales Leader in Pinterest and play a vital role in supporting and coordinating the functions of our dynamic and fast-paced Sales Org.
What you'll do:
- Complex calendar management: Updating meeting cadences to reflect business priorities, aligning with executive on schedules, proactively scheduling complex/large meetings, working with external and internal stakeholders regularly
- Support executive in preparation of team meetings, including preparation of meeting content, presentation design, capture action items and circulate meeting notes
- Support executive in preparation for events, including researching event location, logistics management, and preparing event content
- Coordinate team morale activities and manage executive’s employee recognition budget
- Support in coordinating with business facing XFN partners such as HR, Recruiting and Finance
- Manage reconciliation of expenses for the executive supported
- Assist with travel coordination
- Prepare swag orders for the executive organisation including submitting and processing purchase orders
- Provide in person support for offsite events, all-hands meetings, or specific working sessions
- Act as on-the-ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/IT teams
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in administrations support, ideally supporting Director level
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with gSuite, Slack, Workday, or Expensify is advantageous but not required
- Excellent writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks
- Hands on experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ability to pivot quickly
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Handle confidential information with integrity
