🍋 This is how you’ll change the way people eat foreverWe are looking for a Agency Recruitment Partner for our ambitious, fast growing team in Bleiswijk. Working in the International Workforce Staffing team you take a leading role in managing our temp labor staffing agencies while driving standardization and international best practices.
As a Agency Recruitment Partner you will be the local representative in all recruitment efforts for our Warehouse associates at the HelloFresh Distribution Center in Bleiswijk. This includes the supervision and support of our candidates during the application and orientation days as well as managing our external partners and internal stakeholders: you support the local teams in Operations, Learning & Development and Human Resources with the smooth running of the onboarding & recruitment events and act as external partner for our recruitment service providers including staffing agencies. In addition, you will lead continuous improvement projects with national and international scope.

- Translate global blue collar staffing initiatives into local action plans
- Influence internal and external stakeholder´s relationship locally on-site
- Manage third party recruitment agencies when providing workforce to our local warehouse operations
- Strengthen the employee life cycle within the hiring process to eliminate process discrepancies
🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years of HR Operations/Recruitment experience
- Experience in recruitment operations: background within a recruitment agency or any other high volume hiring recruitment department required
- Experience in managing external and internal stakeholders required
- Very high communication skills, open-mindedness and high service orientation required
- Experience to work in a matrix environment highly recommended but not required
- Enjoy dealing with people in fast paced environment required
- Objective judgment and organizational skills required
- Experience within Time & Attendance systems recommended
- University degree recommended but not required
- Good understanding of Office tools like Word, Excel required
- Fluent in English and Dutch required
