ALLIANCES DIRECTOR France & South Europe (m/f)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for an Alliances & Partner Director who will manage and develop our Consulting & Implementation Partners while further expanding the Partners ecosystem and nurturing our Advisory firms network.

Partners are core to Ivalua’s strategy, a key to scale Ivalua’s growth and a critical success factor allowing our Customers to unlock the full value of their Ivalua solution, as we are 100% Partner Prime for services.

This Global Partner strategy has been launched 7 years ago and the Alliances Team has been structuring developing a strong Partner Network in the past 6 years, France, Belux being the strongest Partner ecosystem for Ivalua, with more than 500 Ivalua certified consultants to date.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

Working as the sparring partner of the Regional VP of Sales in South Europe & Africa, and in close collaboration with Sales & Business development teams, your mission will be:

• Collaborate to the Go-to-Market strategy of your Sales areas and adapt the regional Partner strategy supporting it.
• Develop your strategic Partners (System integrators, Consultancies) and build & track progress of yearly Joint Business Plans defining partnership goals & business development strategies.
• Craft Go-to-market strategies with Partners to influence the market, build packaged offerings, push deal-shaping, generate opportunities, and ensure the setup for success along the opportunity’s development.
• Carrying out operational cadence and quarterly business reviews with Partners
• Recruit & qualify new partners
• Implement skills development plan for Partners project teams, and Sales enablement programs.

Building long-term relationships with partners in your region is a key driver for this job, which typically requires travelling 40% of the time.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you.

Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in a B2B Enterprise SaaS provider, a Consulting firm or a System Integrator, with Sales, Project direction or Management experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and French
• You are committed, self-driven, love challenges & able to manage complex situations or conflicts: You define yourself as a Problem-solver.
• Experience of complex sales and dealing with Global SI & Big4 types of partners, dealing with C-level and Partner-level.
• Experience in building strategic relationships, increasing Sales and aligning business development goals with partners
• Interest in technology and understanding of complex technical concepts
• Knowledge of Enterprise software solutions
