Job Description:

HelloFresh is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst to our team! As Insurance Claims Analyst, you will join forces with the Claims and Insurance Managers to support the Risk Management department in timely record keeping and data processing for commercial claims! You will immerse yourself in the company DNA to promote HelloFresh’s vision, inspire change, raise the bar on performance, and champion a culture of excellence!

You will...

  • Ensure business is compliant with state specific regulations and HelloFresh policies and guidelines. 
  • Gather information pertaining to legal document requests and track accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent and uniform documentation and claim records and provide weekly metrics.
  • Partner cross functionally to collect all documentation needed for claim processing.
  • Review claims together with the Claims and Insurance team to proactively address any recurring root causes and partner with all relevant parties on a plan of action.
  • Assist with gathering data required for renewal submissions and claim reporting and handle requests for certificates of insurance and automobile identification cards.
  • Manages claim recoveries when appropriate including but not limited to subrogation.
  • Accurately log all claim loss runs and monthly invoicing across multiple business lines.
  • On occasion, participate in conference calls with insurance carriers, brokers, and claims TPA(s).
  • Other duties as assigned.

At a minimum, you have...

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto, property or workers compensation claims
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider high school diploma with 2+ years claims experience
  • Preferred certifications ARM, CFE, CPCU, AIC, etc.
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset and are highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external customer.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)
