The role

As Associate Director Growth Partnerships Platform Operations you will be leading a high performing team and be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our partnerships for sustained scalability and profitability. This multifaceted role will involve leading and managing the annual planning process for the Growth Partnership Platform Operations, including project intake and review, oversee end-to-end launches for global partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and implement strategies for testing and optimizing partnership channels

What you’ll do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Team of 4 project senior project managers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth
  • Owning and managing all steps of our Growth Partnership Platform Operations Annual planning process that includes project intake, approval, tracking and review
  • Create department strategy and targets for quarterly/annual OKRs, support monthly/quarterly business review preparation, track and report on progress vs. OKR/MBR priorities.
  • Design roadmap for end-to-end launches for strategic global partners, overseeing technical integrations and customer journey flows development and ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams for successful launches
  • Work closely with product, tech, marketing automations, analytics and other relevant teams to ensure projects coordination and delivery.
  • Develop framework for the incrementality testing, ensuring systematic plan and methodology for conducting and evaluating tests to measure the impact of various strategies on HF objectives.
  • Formulate and implement monetization strategies including global partner rate cards and the implementation of diverse partner tracking models across Affiliates, Influencers, and Brand Partnerships. 
  • Lead deep-dive analysis and develop dashboard systems for automated recommendations to optimize Growth Partnerships channels and other initiatives.
  • Working closely with Central Partnership Team and Central Influencer Team to recommend ways to optimize and streamline our partnership onboarding processes, ranging from tool investment to optimizations of existing infrastructures
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team
  • Persuasively communicate practical strategy recommendations and insights to Partnerships team leaders and key partners across Hello Fresh, including at the executive level
What you’ll bring
  • Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred experience in fast growth company or management consulting. 3+ years experience managing partnerships channel (Affiliates) or directly working with DSP/DMP platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, proven track record of managing high performing team
  • Practical experience in implementing agile methodology and sprint-based high velocity team management 
  • Advanced excel skills, ability to build complex financial models and run in-depth data analysis
  • You have a “get it done” attitude and want to build something that lasts. Not only do you have the ability and the desire to architect the high level strategy, you want to operationalize it and can dive deep into the details
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication & presentation skills. You have experience resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues, and can summarize challenges & recommendations succinctly
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
