As a Partner Manager - Network in our DACH Partnerships team, you are an essential part of our growth strategy and responsible for adding consulting/advisory firms to our advisor partnership program as well as deriving a joint partner vision & business plan. 

With every new advisor partner we are able to expand our network of potential clients and get access to consulting expertise within the HR & IT ecosystem. Additionally, we can offer every customer a  specific certified partner based on their individual needs which translates into long-term customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • You are responsible for growing our advisor partner network in DACH and potentially beyond (Europe)

  • You actively search, identify and reach out to potential partners, that can contribute to Personio’s growth with a suitable client base and potential for a joint service offering

  • You win qualified advisors by unlocking C-Level / Director Level stakeholders and showcasing  the benefits of the partnership with Personio in virtual or on-site meetings

  • You negotiate and close the contractual partnership agreement and build out a joint partnership vision and business plan with the partner

  • You work closely with the Partner Development Managers, Sales & Marketing 

  • You attend events with advisors to constantly extend your network

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You are ambitious, commercially-minded and able to make trade offs on time and investments to leverage projects and partnerships for maximum impact to Personio

  • You communicate clearly, manage to win trust with business partners and are able to generate excitement in others

  • You have 2+ years combined work experience in either Partner management, Sales (Account Executive/ Sales Development Representative), Channel Sales management, as a Digitization Consultant or Strategy Consultant (ideally with Go-to-market experience)

  • Ideally you have worked in Partnerships within the “Tech Industry” before and have experience in designing and executing partner sales motions

  • You bring SaaS experience and/or a strong interest in software technology. Personal experience in working in or with consulting businesses definitely is a plus

  • You ideally already understand the HR tech landscape and have worked in this industry previously

  • You are fluent in German & English

  • You are willing to travel regularly within DACH.
