We are looking for an Associate Partner Programs Lead to join our Cloud Partner team and drive business growth. We are looking for a creative business development professional with extraordinary energy, passion to learn, and initiative to drive channel programs for the fastest-growing database in the world, MongoDB. The Associate Partner Programs Lead role will own multiple GTM workstreams with one of MongoDB’s strategic hyperscaler partners. This individual will be accountable for developing new processes and refining existing ones to support incremental pipeline, increase sales productivity, improve co-sell execution, and launch new sales plays with the Cloud provider. 

The individual will be required to work on global programs, so should be flexible to work across different time zones when required.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership and run sales programs to support our global sales teams
  • Build and execute global GTM  (co-selling, co-marketing, product alignment) programs with the Cloud co-sell team, with a reporting line to RVP, WW Partner Programs
  • Liaison with internal teams (Product Management, Legal, Revenue, Finance, etc.) to launch new solutions, initiatives, and sales plays 
  • Identify new field enablement activities to deliver an enhanced user experience so selling is made easier and deals are closed quicker
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the allocated Marketplaces and execute new initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the channel
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to MongoDB’s & Cloud provider’s senior sales and partner leaders
  • Interlock with extended Partner team - Cloud/Hybrid Specialists, Partner Marketing, Partner Architect Team - for backup and support
Requirements
  • Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving owning and driving programs within an emerging/disruptive technologies company
  • 3+ years of experience in fast paced enterprise technology
  • 1-3 years in either a BDR, sales or partner development role with an Enterprise Software company
  • Preferably have Program Management skills
  • Prior experience of working in a heavy sales matrix model is preferred
  • Prior experience in working with AWS/Azure/GCP (expecially Marketplaces) is preferred
  • Technically knowledgeable in the enterprise software, databse and cloud computing space if preferred
