We are currently seeking an innovative and motivated candidate to join our Procurement Center of Excellence! The Associate, Procurement Ops will be responsible for working in-tandem with our HelloConnect offshore team to ensure operational excellence across our Procurement & Inbound Operations teams. They will be essential in integrating our HelloConnect team seamlessly into our US-based operations by partnering cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders. They will utilize their understanding of the supply chain to identify areas of opportunity and impact within our org. Weekend work may be required to meet business needs.

You will … 
  • Be responsible for creating documentation for standard operating procedures; writing new SOPs and keeping existing SOPs current by periodically reviewing with the ops team to ensure all SOPs are up to date and being utilized as intended
  • Examine established processes and evaluate where continued improvements can be made
  • Structure and schedule the onboarding process for new HelloConnect team members - partner alongside our HelloConnect team leads to build out an onboarding toolbox and training schedule
  • Help integrate our offshore team into our US-based operations, partnering with leads across the team to drive team impact and collaboration
  • Build out workflows and processes for new HelloConnect responsibilities - hosting trainings for Procurement members on new process changes
  • Maintain and monitor performance scorecards between Ops and HelloConnect Team leads
  • Work cross-functionally with our Procurement Ops Team leaders and HelloConnect team leads to drive continuous improvements
  • Develop and share best practices across the team and network to optimize processes
  • Collaborate on special projects as required, including process optimization and cost savings initiatives

You have… 
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations or adjacent experience
  • A degree in supply chain, business, engineering, other relevant area of study; or comparable work experience
  • Flexible in working a non M-F work schedule (e.g. rotational schedule, weekends, and/or overnights). Must be able to work: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and provide weekend support when needed
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills, pivot tables and v-lookups are a must

New York Pay Range$67,500—$85,000 USD
