Associate Product Manager, Studio Foundation

The Studio Foundation is responsible for providing an integrated development environment that enables non-technical users to build Apps that leverage the power of the Process Intelligence Graph to find and fix inefficiencies in their business processes.
The Role:We are looking for a product manager to join our rapidly growing product and engineering organization. Embedded within a cross-functional team, as an Associate Product Manager, you will be supporting the team on executing and delivering the roadmap. For this you will own and drive your own projects and the delivery of selected features from discovery to launch. Successful product managers will have a strong understanding of customer needs, the overall market in which we operate, and most importantly our product. Success requires deep collaboration with many different stakeholders across our business.
The work you’ll do:
- Work directly with a team of Design and Engineering and be the subject matter expert for your product area representing the voice of the users
- Own the end to end development for selected features that contribute to the Studio roadmap
- Gather insights and evidence that support product and design decisions and/or to identify opportunities to enhance the product by establishing strong customer relationships, conducting interviews and user tests with internal and external users, analyzing data and customer requests
- Build up a strong network with stakeholders to collaborate with them to drive adoption for features, e.g. with product marketing, technical writing, academy, go-to-market teams
- Communicate with stakeholders and drive alignment within the wider Product and Engineering organization
The qualifications you need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar studies
- Relevant work experience (or internship or similar) in SaaS software development, product management or a related area
- The ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
- A collaborative style with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely on technical and operational issues
- A detail- and results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
- The ability to evaluate priorities, work in an structured manner, keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
- Be comfortable talking to customers to understand their needs and communicating with stakeholders on different levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
