Associate, Sales Operations

Location(s): NYC

Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnerships 

We are seeking an organized and analytical professional to join the new Partnerships and Business Development organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our BD operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, tracking performance metrics, and leading strategic cross-functional projects benefiting the Partnerships organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional partnership projects, facilitating communication and coordination across teams.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize BD operations, including onboarding, commission tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage Sales Operations mechanisms and tools, own our CRM tool and workflow. 
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to update sales collateral and marketing materials including pitch decks, email templates etc. 
  • Collaborate with the BD team to structure commission models and performance-based incentives for partners.
  • Analyze partnership data and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations and/or project management working with Business Development teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience managing a CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with marketing partnerships (e.g. affiliate, influencer, digital native) is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

New York Pay Range$67,500—$80,000 USD
