About the team

You will become an integral part of the UX Content team based in Poland and India. You will work with product content, help and other artifacts, writing in English and contributing to the localization processes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge in UX writing, influence user experience and shape content for industry-leading products.

About the role

We are searching for a UX Writer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the goal of translating complex concepts into simple content.

You will become an integral part of the UX Content team based in Poland and India. You will work with product content, help and other artifacts, writing in English and contributing to the localization processes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge in UX writing, influence user experience and shape content for industry-leading products.

In this role collaboration is the key as you will work closely not only with your Writers, but also with a global team of Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and internal stakeholders from Sweden, India, Poland, the US, and beyond.

How you’ll grow with us:

  • 0–3 months—Onboard. Understand our ways of working and content guidelines, adopt the tools, learn products fundamentals, meet the product team.
  • 3–6 months—Contribute. Take ownership of 1–2 content layers with mentorship and support.
  • 6–12 months—Expand. Oversee and drive content creation in the product, collaborate with stakeholders, collect and implement feedback, present your work.
What would you do:

You will grow to be the owner of the content layer in one of our products. You will cater to all product needs, from writing in-product content, through Help articles to the Release notes. You need to be ready for taking responsibility and driving initiatives that aim to improve the experience of the final users—with the full support of your manager and teammates.

  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and consistent user-interface copy based on user-interface specifications and UX writing guidelines.
  • Create Help—both documentation and contextual onboardings with modern knowledge base and user onboarding tools.
  • Advocate for users while understanding product and business goals.
  • Stay up to date with UX writing practices and trends.
  • Grow into a subject matter expert and point of contact for UX writing. 
  • Learn to use the research data to prove the decisions and propose meaningful changes.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners, Developers to define requirements, and incorporate stakeholders' feedback.
 What we expect:
  • Excellent English writing skills, with consistency, precision, detail orientation, and just the right amount of information necessary to convey the message. 
  •  1–2 years of experience in UX Writing, user documentation writing, content design or similar areas.
  •  Experience in creating help documentation.
  • At least basic usability knowledge: how users interact with digital products and what makes a product easy or difficult to use.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex, aftermarket and IT ideas and describe them in a simple way for the user.
The icing on the cake:
  • Experience with creating enterprise web applications or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Experience with user research is a plus.
  • Linguistic background would be a plus. 
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team and across the entire development lifecycle is a plus.
  • While not required, a portfolio is highly appreciated as it offers insight into your design process—how you think, iterate, and solve problems.
