Atlassian Administrator (d/fm)

We're looking for an Atlassian Administrator to lead the auditing, standardising, and optimising of our diverse suite of collaboration tools, with a particular emphasis on the Atlassian suite. Your role will encompass both technical and functional administration, aiming to maximise business value from these systems.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Manage, configure, and customise Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Work Management (JWM), and Confluence.
- Develop, implement and support custom configurations and automations for Jira and Confluence.
- Become the go to business partner assisting our business teams applying different working methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITSM, etc.) across our collaboration tools.
- Liaise, engage, and work with internal teams and customers to translate business needs into effective solutions within the Atlassian Suite and other collaboration platforms
- Lead education and training programs for use of best practices across our tool suite to maximise their utility and adoption.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of additional collaboration tools to ensure cohesive and efficient workflows.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment (1000+ users) using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence cloud-based products.
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Atlassian and third-party plugins.
- Expertise in Jira workflow administration and developing corporate governance for Atlassian products.
- A broad understanding of agile software development practices.
- Experience with setup and configuration of Atlassian workspaces with external services (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems, Slack).
- Skills in integrating and optimising a variety of collaboration tools to create a seamless digital workspace.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Nice to have: Atlassian Certified Expert or other Atlassian Administration certifications
