The opportunity 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing sales operations and maximizing efficiency through comprehensive CRM management and support. With a focus on process improvement and data-driven insights, you'll contribute to driving sales success within a technology-forward environment.

Your responsibilities 
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and full support of CRM & sales tools, assisting the team with day-to-day tasks.
  • You assist in training and support to sales representatives on CRM usage and best practices.
  • You maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • You manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for the team.
  • You generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
  • You actively identify and submit business process improvement ideas, supporting the implementation of such process/system improvement.
  • You work with interfaces between the sales tools and create automations in our CRM.
What you need to succeed 
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales or business operations
  • You are comfortable in a technology-driven, numbers-oriented business environment.
  • You have the ability to work within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • You have a strong process orientation and an efficient and self-organized way of working.
  • You demonstrate good communication skills in English.
  • Experience with either Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and with API/EDI integrations is a plus.
