• Collaborate closely with battery engineers and data scientists within a cross-functional team to support various stages of research and development
• Utilize battery lab and field data extensively to develop physics-based battery models
• Conduct research on cutting-edge topics and execute technical proof of concepts for new ideas before full-scale implementation
• Benchmark different technical approaches to identify optimal solutions for diverse challenges

• Enrolled in a Master’s program with a keen interest in the energy field
• Demonstrated proficiency in mathematics and scientific learning through involvement in at least 2 or 3 projects (including personal projects, internships, or university projects)
• Strong familiarity with frameworks for handling large volumes of data, such as Pandas or Numpy, and Optimization in Scipy
• Confident in data manipulation and presentation to extract insights
• Knowledge of batteries, acquired through internships or university lectures, is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with system modelling and design is a bonus
• Curious thinker with the ability to devise project plans and execute autonomously
• Ideally interested in long-term engagement (> 12 months), starting as an intern and transitioning into a working student role
